Glowing Light and Box Breathing Meditation Script


Introduction:

Find a comfortable seated or lying position. Close your eyes and take a few natural breaths, letting yourself settle into stillness. Feel the connection between your body and the surface beneath you, grounded and supported.


Part 1: Glowing Light Flow (Visualization with Deep Breathing)

1. Inhale Deeply:

As you breathe in, imagine a glowing, golden light descending from above. It gently touches the crown of your head, warming and illuminating your mind.

2. Exhale Slowly:

Let the glowing light flow down your body, moving through your throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and into the root at the base of your spine.

3. Pause:

Picture the glowing light swirling around your roots, anchoring you deeply into the earth. Feel the connection to stability, safety, and strength.

4. Inhale Again:

Guide the light back upward. Visualize it climbing up through each chakra, energizing and balancing you as it travels back to your crown.

5. Exhale:

Release any tension or heaviness, allowing the light to expand beyond your body, wrapping you in a cocoon of radiant energy.

6. Repeat:

Take one more cycle of deep breathing, following the light down through the chakras to the root and back up to the crown.


Part 2: Box Breathing with Intentions


Now shift into a steady box breathing pattern.

The rhythm is:

Inhale for 4 counts.

Hold for 4 counts.

Exhale for 4 counts.

Hold for 4 counts.


1. First Inhale (4 counts):

Breathe in deeply, drawing spirit and intention into your body. Feel the energy of willpower and purpose filling you, nourishing every cell.

2. Hold (4 counts):

Visualize this spirit circulating within you, spreading through your limbs, bones, and heart. Let it saturate every part of your being.

3. Exhale (4 counts):

As you breathe out, imagine releasing your purpose, your energy, and your gifts into the world. This is your offering, your contribution.

4. Hold (4 counts):

Rest in surrender. Feel the need for the next breath building within you, a reminder of the duality of life…giving and receiving, breathing in and out.


Part 3: Reflective Flow

Continue this box breathing pattern for 4-6 rounds, staying present with the flow of breath and the energy within.

Feel the balance of spirit entering, circulating, and leaving.

With each breath cycle, notice how your body feels lighter, your mind clearer, and your spirit more aligned.


Closing:


Take one final deep breath in, filling yourself with gratitude and peace. Slowly let it go, releasing any remaining tension. When you feel ready, gently open your eyes and return to the present moment, carrying this balance with you throughout your day.
